At Inspired Body Lab, we’re dedicated to making your experience seamless and enjoyable. To ensure we can provide the best care and accommodate all our clients, we’ve created a few policies to help things run smoothly. Thank you for understanding and working with us!

Rescheduling and Cancellation

24-Hour Notice:

We ask that you let us know about any changes to your appointment 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare and make the most of our resources for everyone’s benefit.

2-Hour Grace Period for Emergencies:

We get it—sometimes life throws you a curveball! In case of an emergency, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before your appointment one time without penalty. We are a very small company and just can’t absorb multiple last-minute cancellations. For future last-minute changes, there will be a $50 rebooking fee to cover staffing costs.

Late Arrivals

Running late? No worries! We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that we may need to adjust your treatment time to keep things on track for everyone. The full session fee will still apply.

No-Show Policy

We understand plans change, but if you miss your appointment without letting us know, there will be a $50 rebooking fee required before scheduling your next session. This helps us maintain availability for all our clients.

No Refunds

All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds; however, we’re always happy to help you reschedule or address any concerns you may have.
